I Am Not Heartless, I Just Use My Heart Less...  this type of sentence we use many times or read them. But it not just a sentence , it happens with everyone in some of the situations in their own life.                     So the point is "heartless" not just a word it's a untold n invisible feeling...the person who says he/she is  heartless then they are not caring and having cold heart.But according to google as an adjective Heartless means  "lacking of courage" (older meaning) . Cold and Heartless both are actually an Emotional Defense Mechanism mostly time people use to avoid getting hurt.Not everyone feels heartless.
